A reddish-brown and beige color scheme was the most distinguishing feature of the Execuport. Also unusual was the odd aspect ratio of the built-in monitor–132 characters wide when most of its competitors were 80 characters. The 16-bit version of the system–with either the 8086 or 80186 CPU–was called the Execuport XL+.
