Memotech Corp. (Needham, Mass.)

Memotech is a British company that started out selling expansion modules for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum and ZX81. A U.S. subsidiary began selling the MTX-512 in North America in late 1983 or early 1984. It discontinued the MTX500 in 1985.
