Personal Microcomputers Inc. (PMC) (Mountain View, Calif.)

PMC is best known for selling the PMC-80 and PMC-81 TRS-80 clones (see “Eaca International Video Genie EG-3003”). The MicroMate, however, was different. It was similar in concept to the Paradyne PortaBrain in that it was designed to turn any dumb terminal into a CP/M computer.
